Arches National Park

For those travelers who are becoming jaded by the man-made sights, let Arches take your breath away. These natural landforms are stunning, set against the backdrop of clear, endless blue skies. There aren't many washroom sites and it's best to bring your own food.

This place is best accessed by car and it is about 1 hour to reach Canyonlands National Park from here. Allow enough time to visit the park thoroughly! We arrived around 1pm and didn't have nearly enough time to see everything satisfactorily as we were trying to get to Canyonlands too (totally not doable!!). It is cheap to enter- $10 per car, I believe, although more for multi-day stays or camping.
